Dark Water

Stopped beside a nice lake down on the Maylands Peninsula as I went past there this afternoon. Luckily I had the camera in the car and just before the rain started again managed to do a quick walk around to catch a water shot for Mono Monday!   Loved the wriggly lines in the main and it does look even better in Large! : )
I disturbed a lovely egret who flew off in a huff and I managed to catch a glimpse of her which is in extras with a couple of other shots of that area.
