Pointy thing

I went to see my favourite oncologist.  Everything was a bit slower (due to the strike?) We chatted about how tough i was finding my current treatment. He said my latest scan showed one of my two tumours had grown a bit. We agreed I would have a break, another scan, then possibly back to the treatment i had in 2017/18.
Next... we had lunch and saw the pointy thing.
