Along the shore (Day 3735)

Off to town this morning to have a look at a job. The customer had a bathroom refit done a while ago by another company and, despite noticing the shower was leaking from Day 1, they have waited years to get someone to look at it. They haven't been using the shower regularly but want to start using it again. They had hoped I would be able to sort it out for them, but in my opinion the installation has been so badly done it is always going to leak. It wasn't the news the customer wanted to hear. Nor did they want to hear me refusing to try and fix it without starting from scratch.
Next on the list was a trip to Stromness to deal with a leaking loo. Again it has been leaking for a while, and again the cause of the leak has been a poor installation. I had expected the job to take a fair bit longer but was pleased to be home for lunch with my beautiful wife then a wander out with Sigyn.
We decided to make the most of the rest of the day and got out another ride, this time with HV on Beeps. A fine ride along the shore with no crashes.
