Monday: Final Sea View

K and I were up relatively early so went down to the seafront for a final look at the sea and horizon.  We then checked out of the Airbnb with Cousin J, had a Gregg’s bacon roll and hit the road back to London.

K and J valiantly shared the driving so my contribution was some pretty solid sleeping in the back of the car.  I like to be of assistance where I can.  It’s a long old drive, though.  We took the car this time because we had a few things to bring back but, for the future, train will be our preference.

Barney is unusually delighted to see us back home.
