Langdales

While chasing around trying to catch up with my old mate Jim running the Lakeland 50 we ended up in the valley leading into the Langdales.
A quick stop in Sticklebarn and then a fast hike up onto a track and we managed to intercept him.. It's always a good feeling when you are in an endurance event and someone pops up out of the blue with a some kind words and encouragement. Just a few seconds and he was off towards the nasty little climb up to Blea Tarn. (extra)
