The Lavender Farm

These three and I went for a visit to the lavender farm in the morning. It was so beautiful, and the bees were incredible, so many! We talked with a local woman who lives on the farm and she treated to a walk down to the fields that aren't open to the public now. G and I had taken Krista and Kalyn to a festival years ago when the fields were still open, and it was great that Renata had a chance to have a look there too. It was her first time there. Most of the lavender had been harvested, but it was still lovely. Another birthday treat for Renata! A quick lunch when we got home and they were off to  catch the ferry. 
A very short visit, but they all said that they felt relaxed and were happy that they had come over. G and I were sure happy that they had too!  
Always so quiet around the place when company leaves.
