WITH A SONG IN MY HEART

New Shelves…

…in the art room. We’ve had a local joiner - Simon - in fitting sliding doors to our wardrobe as one of the doors fell off and could not be reattached.
He also made an extra door in the eaves to make it easier to get things in and out, a shelf above the downstairs loo and my new shelves.
I had great pleasure in getting things off the table and onto the shelves.
I’ve been drawing people but nothing much to show just now.

I booked my train up to Dumfries as I am going to a previous colleague’s retirement do on Saturday. I always enjoyed working with Karen.I haven’t seen any of my workmates since we moved down here so it will be lovely to see them all again.
I will be staying at Frank’s daughter’s house in Moniaive and it will be great to see Poppy and Arlo too. I hope to catch up with other friends while I’m up there.
I’ve still been feeling a bit under the weather, tired and headachey but I pottered around the garden for a while.
I had a nap this afternoon, I fell asleep whilst reading my book.
Sabrina, John and the girls left for a week in Spain at their apartment.
She and John really need a break.
I was pleased to see this today!

He is the only honest politician who really cares about people.
None of this has been on the news but he now has more members than all the other parties.
It was disgusting how he was hounded out of the Labour Party because they saw him as a threat to the party.

Goodnight Blippers ;-) X
