Off you go!

The company I work for announced massive layoffs yesterday. I’m not sure who all has been impacted, but these are tough times. I took some time off from work today—not because of the news, just one of those days when you can’t really put a reason to it. I went for a walk in the evening, hoping to spot a different bird than I usually come across. A Eurasian kestrel was kind enough to pose, which lifted my mood a bit on an otherwise uneventful day.
