Run club
Monday is running late run club.. I was rostered to lead the 5:15 per Km group… about half way round they asked to go faster … small group tonight… everyone was up for it so go!
The mid paced groups were huge tonight… one had 36 in it… much easier leading 10.
I have been given a place for the great south as I mentioned… do I trot round with current fitness or do some more targeted run training to go for a time???
