HEN DO

Something different….although the whole day was boxing and moving…in the evening I went to a hen do next door.
Ressy’s immediately family live in Kerala, India but she is a paediatric doctor here and lives next door with her Auntie and family.
When I was invited I wasn’t sure what it was going to be like. But it was beautiful…the garden had been decked out so well and the whole evening was very symbolic. Their priest offered prayers, there was a reading from psalms and a great sermon about marriage being like a boat where you need to be rowing together in unison. The singing and dancing was lovely and the whole event ended by 11.
