Lily the Pink

It's actually magenta I believe and the grain silos and the town hall clock tower are both coloured magenta this week for 'Donate Life Week'.  Perhaps I should have called it Science Fiction Double Feature thinking of Magenta from the Rocky Horror Show.

Not much to report today.  Maggy and I visited the hospital.   They have a patient with COVID and another room of four beds was out of bounds for me.   They gave me not only a mask but eye protection as the last thing I want is to catch COVID before going away.  There seems to be plenty of it going around.

As I was leaving I thought I would drop into the supermarket on the way home.   I went the other way in moderate traffic, got a park and was about to get out of the car when I remembered I didn't have my purse with me.  So I just drove home and went out later when I got this blip.  Honestly, if my head wasn't attached at the neck sometimes I think I wouldn't know where it was.
