Zoe

Yesterday's parcel was my box from Zoe. I've been thinking about doing their personalised nutrition programme for ages, as it seems to be backed by the science, and recently a couple of friends have reported very positively about using it. Until now it's always seemed way too expensive. But they're about to launch a new-generation test kit, and are selling off the existing ones at half price. Still expensive, but it's now or never so I decided to go for it. There's also a subscription to pay, but hopefully it will be worth it.

Decided that it will almost certainly be easier to do the tests in the peace and quiet of an empty house, so will start next Monday and apply a continuous glucose monitor to my arm when MrM is at work. Then do the tests on Tuesday - more about them next week...
