Cauliflower Cheese

At least this little floweret will be part of come dinnertime this evening.  It’s a couple of centimetres across and a sixteen frame photo merge.
 
 
You would not believe the headache I got trying to get this shot.  The first two attempts (taken at the same time) were illuminated by a Cree torch, and the shadow effect made the underside of the floweret look rotten. 
 
When I retook the set I just used the ambient light from the window.  My first stack was soft, just out of focus, so I reduced the selection from thirty (my default) to just the sixteen.
