Liked the way..

the purple hills appeared reflected in the loch and through the wooded fringe. It has grown up here so quickly! Found my first Small Scabious Mining Bee (Andrena marginata) on the Mossie, although the nest holes have been open a week. It was hot and sunny so there has been new hatches of Small Coppers, Common Blues and Dark Green Fritillaries and a pair of Hawkers were hunting over the meadow and burn!
