Day 2. Done.

I'm not great at self reflection. Not because I think I don't need it, more because I find it really quite uninteresting, and if I'm being brutal, boring. We can all choose how we behave, how we react and to a certain extent, the situations we are in and four hours of listening to other people's 'experiences' is more than enough.

That said, it was a good course, I picked up a few things and I've made some good contacts. I also, serendipitously (word of the day), bumped into someone I'll be working with on a project over the next few months so we did all those introductory conversations you need to do at the start of a piece of work.

The extra is a cheat, it's yesterday's kitkat pretending he's a dog.
