Little boat big barge

Evening all,

This boat and barge have been working of the coast just along from the harbour at the old Powerstation which will soon be the receiving station for new renewable energy.
But he's in hot water......when he came back into harbour, he was confined to the harbour till he pays his bill. 
Probably whoever he's subcontracted too hasn't paid him yet but sure it'll all be sorted soon enough.
