Dunham Massey

A trip out to Dunham Massey on a whim today. I think our last visit was probably forty years ago when Helen worked in Altringham. A large deer park, the gardens are ok and the house very interesting. In the picture is an Orrery which could be wound up  and was lit internally with a candle. It must have been a magnificent sight.
