Wheelbarrow Gang
Today was Treliske appointment day for Richard, after dropping him I’d barely opened my book and he was out - finished. That meant I was back in Falmouth a lot earlier than expected so having had a coffee with Richard I headed out to Devoran to check on the gig.
It felt a bit strange seeing someone else painting but the second undercoat is on.
Paddys walk took in the cemetery, both of us were a bit startled by a procession of people with wheelbarrows, carts, sack trucks and even one with a supermarket trolley moving huge logs from an unsteady pile out into vans and an assortment of cars. Some of the logs are so big the boots of the smaller cars wouldn’t close.
I’d be interested to know how they are cut down to domestic fire size at home.
