Anatomy

Some record browsing (I bought nowt - a first!) and an early roti-themed lunch before heading into central London for an afternoon of art.

The staggering Jenny Saville works at the National Portrait Gallery were followed soon after by a collection of highly impressive Van Gogh-themed works by Anselm Kiefer at White Cube, and then we wandered up through Soho to The Photographers Gallery for a show by Dennis Morris that really did hit all the right notes for me. Punk, reggae, a celebration of black life in Britain...plus the soundtrack that played in the galleries was just brilliant.

We had time for some delicious Lebanese food on The South Bank before catching the train back to Salisbury. Ninety minutes later and we're all set for a quiet and early night. Tomorrow...somewhere else.
