Main activity: Tues - pickleball, work, prepping for cat-sitting
Notes: Feeling decent and headed early to pickleball at Chalet Woods - quite hot and rested a bit between games, only played 3 or 4 and then left (back still a bit tight on the middle right side), tho forgot to get a pic of the courts. Shower and coffee, online and working and then a Zoom w/ Michelle D around 11a. Worked more on Living Plate meal planner stuff and finalized and sent out the Constant Contact thank-you for July sistership and a few more things. Busy work most of the afternoon with online and packing/organizing ... I leave now in just 2.5 days or slightly less. Michelle finished w/ her patients and left ~4p to see Bao for a massage. I packed a bit more and am downsizing all my bins to take less and did some writing ... and then warmed up some beef, spaghetti squash and cauliflower and had a few bites of pesto pasta salad on the side. Had most of the remaining cobbler w/ a bit of ice cream. Michelle back by 630p. We did Essentrics and watched some shows in the evening.
