Healthy..

Yesterday and today were far more active than the weekend. Yesterday we took a morning walk through the woods to Keston. Today I did a morning run trying a new route. Intermittent has been the word lately. That and laboured but today wasn’t too bad.

We put the garden ‘back together’ after moving all the pots while the outside of the house was being painted. The recent rain has done them the power of good and the plants are looking healthy.

Yesterday’s washing marathon meant there’s been ironing which I did today waiting to watch the Lionesses arrival in The Mall.

Our young family are home from their holiday. We’re longing to ask how they enjoyed it but will give a lit bit of space before doing so.
And yesterday Sophia was 15. How the years fly by.
