Set up!

After a good but long journey, we arrived to Wildfires perfectly on time for the requested 3pm. A highlight was the girls spending time in the M25 traffic waving and grinning at people to try get them to wave back. Their success rate was high, they spread a lot of joy! 

As we began to unload, the heavens opened. And they really went for it. We were drenched to the bone. But everyone was jolly and the tents got set up. We left everything in the car until it had stopped. The exciting news was, apart from water that had come in as they'd been set, this year's tents appear to be waterproof! All three tents were up and I got them all fed and dry before I had to head off to team celebration and briefing. We are the only people in our area of the campsite for tonight so the girls created chopping board cricket. Happy but soggy campers.
