Pools to sand to nightlife

I started off by going to the pools first, and the others joined me later. We went back to the apartment for lunch before walking off to the Eastern Beach. The 20 minute walk in such intense heat was pretty tough but the sea water on arrival was gorgeous. Clear, cool and full of fish to gaze at. The sand was piping hot though. I don’t think we would be able to do more than a couple of hours there.

We walked back, with the sun not quite so intense and stopped off for a joint supermarket shop. Laden with stuff, the 4 of us headed home, ate pizzas before hitting the town centre at night.

We walked and walked and walked. The centre itself was quiet and colourful. Clean too. The night life was all around the main harbours.

When we’d walked our proverbial socks off, we headed home and watched a film. Nice day. More adventurous tomorrow.
