Who did it better?

Louisa May has three positions.  The Meatloaf, the Meatball and the Seal. She is demonstrating her seal this morning. The photo below left I took from the boat as I journeyed from Iona to Staffa in the Inner Hebrides to see Fingall's Cave and the one on the right is a young seal pup on the Isle of Arran just off the west coast of Scotland.  I'd say it is a three-way tie!  I got the "all clear" yesterday from my surgeon.  My knee is nicely healed.  Speaking of "heels", I had him check out the pain in my heel that developed when I got back from Scotland, and he said it is most likely tendonitis of the Achilles tendon from all the walking I did while there.  I'll see one of his colleagues if it doesn't improve.  Another hot day but relief is on the way tomorrow.
