Settling in again

I wasn’t so crazy with my morning swim today. I thoroughly enjoyed it but swam fewer lengths than yesterday ….its eased my spine and I managed a gentle walk around Fradley Pool at lunchtime.

Everywhere is very green here. A couple of days of rain have helped and I’ve tidied quite a bit.

Today’s blip was the solitary swan from Fradley.
