A guest blip; Katie sent me this picture of a “wet cheese shop” from Bologna - and I was visualising some very special kind of artisan ‘wet cheese’ establishment, with creamy nuggets floating in vats of brine, like those huge buckets of feta you get in Greek markets, until I realised it was raining and that was all she was referring too…!
