Little Man and I have been living here for about nine and a half months. The lease agreement is for a year, due to the fact that the landlord wants to pull the house down and build something new. I'm not able to extend the lease as the landlord has already filed the paperwork with the government. So we have two months to find somewhere else to move to. However, the options are limited for someone of my income. The private rentals are pricey and are outside my budget. I can't apply for emergency housing, due to the fact I don't have the paperwork they want. So I've been applying for houses on the social housing website several times a week. There is a level of anxiety due to the fact that I don't know where we're going to be moving to and time is running.

We stayed home for most of the day, today, with the exception of biking to Waarder to stock up on ice lollies. The potty training seems to be going well, we had some puddles, but we had some success. We're going to keep working on it, and hopefully, Little Man will be potty trained by the time he starts primary school. Children need to be completely content by the time they start, so we have four weeks and four days. I'm hoping that whem my parents come to visit next week, they'll be able to help.
