This Comma butterfly was zipping around the garden despite looking a little battle-scarred. However, butterfly numbers were much higher in my garden about 3 weeks ago.

It was good to see the sun appear this afternoon after a grey and mizzly morning - though I was happy to have the rain for the garden.
