Sidmouth

The weather is so changeable each day but still very warm. In the morning we started to go to the allotment as it began to rain. I continued and was joined by my daughter and the youngest grandson. We picked a few things and l watered the tomatoes before we realised it was starting to rain more heavily.

In the afternoon we decided to visit Sidmouth. The sun came out and it was very warm. The tide was out a fair way so we found a sandy spot with some rock pools nearby and everyone had a lovely time paddling in the gentle sea. The light breeze was very welcome. My husband and I left earlier as we wanted to pick some more food supplies up.

We had a lovely time with both grandsons really enjoying themselves.
