Ragwort

After yesterday’s exertions, it’s been a relatively quiet day: a swim and a bit of gardening this morning. We’re getting a lot of very small apples falling early this year so had to make what’s become our weekly trip to the recycling centre with a few bags of them.

Spent a relaxing afternoon reading and listening to Paul Weller’s new album Find El Dorado.

The Ragwort, aka Leopard Plant or Ligularia, is just coming into bloom. Looks very odd at this stage.
