A day to be grateful

It’s 5 years today since I had my cardiac surgery and was given an extension to my life. I have certainly appreciated it and I’m most grateful to the people involved. 

The day was to be routine, knit and natter session in the morning was a full house including the one who’s a bit of a pain in the butt. I was pleased to get home.

It was a more positive afternoon, I was able to give our window cleaner the gift for his new baby daughter, deliver the super hero ted to the family along the road who have a new baby boy and make arrangements for two coffee mornings.
