They play hide and seek. It’s a well known Bean Game. Not dissimilar to the another well known game Needle in a Haystack…

…Speaking of which, I’m off to bed with a headache.
I lost a ring today.
A sentimental thing, rather than valuable.
I had been into town. A busy day and the only thing I wanted on my return was a cup of tea… but with a heavy heart I went out and retraced my steps. I was on the return journey (again) and almost home when a little miracle happened!
I saw a glint in the gutter!
It’s a tiny bit the worse for wear after its adventure but I feel so lucky to have found it.
