Funny How Things Happen Sometimes!

Just yesterday my husband randomly mentioned to me that his chopsticks that were in the dish drainer at the time were 42 years old---older than any chopsticks that I've ever known.  He remembers that he bought them in Japan as he was returning from a TDY assignment there and the time frame is further established in his mind, because he and I met four to six weeks after his return.  My husband and my son do very well with chopsticks----me, not so much.  But you can see, that they have been well used, though they hold their age well.  If my husband hadn't happened to mention that one little fact to me, today's blip would have been quite different, but since he did, this is my entry for the Wide Wednesday challenge of "Old".  Thanks to BobsBlips  for hosting.....
