Wiped out

Thank you for yesterday's stars and favs. Much appreciated.

This is a Back Blip. Only by a day but still one all the same.

It was good to get out and try and take a photo again. Slight Fibro rant to follow. Perhaps.

The only problem is that my little jaunt has totally wiped me out. The walk to the locations wasn't that far but, that and the lack of sleep that followed meant a near total loss of energy today. Weaknesses persists even now in the future. 

I'm clearly not coming to terms with the impact Fibro is having. Sad and annoyed that whilst I'm now retired and V has given up work to look after me the role energy level and mental health has had is robbing me of those things I've waited to do.

Message. Don't wait. Do whilst you can!

My Blip. Well there was some great news. My Canon 100s printer died sometime ago. No power.  Miraculously it's working again. I was worried the print head might be clogged so sent a "small" test print from my phone. And this came out. Thats a lot of waisted ink but it works!

Try and meet up with a couple of other Fibro people in the area and today was a get together day. V kindly re arranged an appointment and took me. Short while later I phoned V and asked for her to come back and pick me up. So tired. Went home. Slept on sofa.

Managed to totter down the garden for an extra at sunset.
