Day 4

Balfour Forest. Another physically challenging area. With a tricky finish over bridges and stiles. The main is Heather daughter of club member Helen who I am staying with finishing strongly to finish second in W45.

The extra is to show the stile that needed care to cross to access the finish lane. We have been lucky with the weather to date avoiding any significant rain.

Tomorrow rounds off the competition.
