Last of flowers are starting to fade away

Another very hot day temps rising to 30°C. It's been 3 weeks now at steady 30°C.

We had a brief thunder with 1mm of water (nothing really), but with 200 lightning strikes. Yet another thunder with constant hammering. The amount of lightning strikes was mentioned in the news. After that other areas have been affected by severe thunder storms.

For an hour or so, it was cooler after the thunder, but very quickly it became sweaty again. True "cow's breath", which has been the weather now for few days.

Cow's breath is something my mum uses. It can be said about poorly heated sauna (warm and very humid) or about the weather. I don't know if that saying is national, or just runs in our family.

Tomorrow's temperature should be 5 degrees lowers, so I aim to go cycling in the morning.  I've slept so  poorly for 3 nights in a row, so hopefully I am up to it. Next week seems to be rain, rain and rain.
