I had the first of a few (!) inductions at Fresh Start today. A power point presentation on rules,  regulations,  expectations etc. 
Read and signed many forms. 
You have to choose two options for volunteering, I chose starter packs and gardening. A bit apprehensive as I don't want to do two and I don't know if that's expected. Now waiting to hear from the managers from both areas for other inductions . 
Went for a tea after, remembering from therapy chat  this was helpful to have a thing in the middle before going home. 
Also picked up a pair of trainers half price! 

But, true to form after being with people it dysregulated me and self harmed when I got home.
