New washing machine

The evening before we left home for the summer holiday in France our old and weary Electrolux washing machine stopped working. 
We decided to buy a new machine and this time we chose AEG since we've always had good experience with the brand. 
I wanted something simple and sturdy, not any of those machines with heavy advanced technology and an app included. 
Ordered and paid for yesterday morning and when I got a message it had arrived from Reykjavík, I called for help and two young and strong men transported it from the shop and up our two flights of stairs this afternoon - and they took the old one to be disposed of at the recycling center. 

Included is a part of my husband's duck collection. It's really a joy to dust them regularly and line them up again after all the jumping up and down during the spin cycle of a heavy load!
