Thursday: It’s Done

So, after posting this a few days ago, the job is nearly done (bar the gate, which still needs to be fitted).  I have to say we’re feeling pretty smart!

For most of the day we were trapped in the house as the concrete on the pathway was wet.  We went out this evening but I forgot to take my phone so this is why I am showing you our much improved path in the dark.

We’ve had an excellent evening with Rocknerd and local friends in the local pub.  Prior to that, we popped round to Rocknerd and LOH’s as Rocknerd had very kindly offered us a look through some of Folkie’s records.  It’s very generous and we’re pleased to have some of Folkie’s records in our home.
