Feeling The Breeze

Epic Club Row in the morning, cox to start with then rowing, blew the cobwebs away and set me up for the day. Breakfast with my fellow rowers at McD’s before heading home for a shower.
Having prepared today’s dinner yesterday I had the time to take Paddy for a decent walk. We drove to Pendennis Castle car park and gently walked the coastal path, our usual route, hugely enjoyable. Peaceful, quiet and with hardly anyone about I sat on the rocks and relaxed in a cool breeze, Paddy seemed content to just lay in the sun for a while.

Home for dinner then a quiet evening, I’m working my way through a book on Sword Beach on D Day, heavy on detail but interesting.
