Quiet garden and Thankyou.

I'm really grateful for all the lovely supportive comments and for time to catch up with lots of journals.  Today has been a long busy day and now the long noisy night looms ahead. But tonight I have earplugs which I might try . I also have earphones that allow me to listen to music or an audio book .
There has been no progress about an MRI slot , so I hope tomorrow will offer more hope of a more clear diagnosis and a treatment plan. But I need to remember that this is just my 3rd night here ! 
Jay and I had a coffee from the cafe and sat outside this morning and I discovered this nice garden seating area alongside a quiet room with rugs and cushions and lots of leaflets that I’m sure are helpful to a range of people.I also found a machine that offers a selection of coffee and hot chocolate for another day.
It has been a gentle , calm day and I am grateful for that.
