Plumbago

For dinner, we split an ear of corn-on-the-cob and finished off some left-overs, then we put the plates on the ground to leave room for a round of Bananagrams. As we played, the wasps had their way with the plates without us continually brushing them aside. They must get so tired of us interrupting their dinners.
We picked and froze the second half of our blueberry allotment this morning; it was overcast, cool, and the berries were damp. Then, in a wonder of weather changes, all of a sudden the berries were dry; easier to pick, too.
The blue blooms are on our plumbago that is spreading everywhere. Lots to transplant this fall.
