Orchid

I went for a run in the morning - just over 5 miles - but experienced some calf/achilles tendon pain on the way round, so had to stop and stretch a couple of times. I haven’t had that issue recur for many years, so I hope it doesn’t get any worse.
It started raining shortly after I got home, so I spent some time doing some household budgeting on the laptop and chatted with M who was still here with S and the animals.
I heard today that I had been successful in a P/T assessor job I went for speculatively. Not sure if I am going to enjoy it but I will give it a go.
M&S left early evening to drive home but left Bao Bun here as it’s M’s birthday this Saturday and she is having a small party with her friends so he is better off here.
Remembered quite late that I hadn’t taken any photos today so I unpacked the orchid that was bought for us by one of our lunch party guests and photographed that. Never really known how to care for orchids but maybe this is a chance to learn
