Racketball

I visited the u3a group of racketball; only 5 members but very welcoming.
Before I went I wasn’t sure I’d participate as my hand/eye coordination is pretty appalling and I’m not “athletic”. But I was encouraged to have a go… and within seconds it felt quite comfortable and enjoyable. It has a bigger headed racket and a 57mm ball hence its other name ‘squash 57’ .
And in a twist I’ve joined the group I enjoyed so much! Despite not having played squash for about 45 years it didn’t feel like hard work but was a cardio workout if that makes sense. And my legs ache a bit now :)
