A garden

I just came back from a walk to the courtyard with my PT Lionel, where we sat outside and did exercises to strengthen my legs.  I hadn't noticed these flowers when I was there first, but these are just a few of the many different kinds and colors of flowers in that garden.  Isn't that blue incredible? Now I'll have something pretty to blip as long as I'm here. 

I met with the OT very early this morning - in fact, I was still in my nightgown. but I think we did some useful work. after that it was just boredom for hours until Lex came for a brief visit this afternoon. We took a short walk in the hall so I could at least get out of the room. but now I'm back here and Lionel has made me a lovely ice pack consisting of ice cubes in a plastic bag in a pillowcase. I'm just going to sit here chilling my knee until dinner gets here which will be in an unfortunately short time from now. they serve dinner at 4:30.

Who knows what tomorrow will bring!
