He has his eye on me…

Every morning I turn on the local radio to listen to the road reports to find out what time I need to leave home and how work might go. In the extra is what happened this morning. Three semi trucks along with multiple cars got tangled up. Luckily only 4 out of 5 lanes of traffic were blocked so it wasn’t completely closed. It took them 4 hours to remove the cars and one semi before they got another lane open. It took another 2 hours to clean the oil / fuel, contain the leaks and shove two semi’s to the shoulder of the road so they could open all the lanes up for evening rush hour. It won’t be until late tonight before they come back to shut down most of the road again to remove those other 2 trucks. This caused me to take 5 hours and 15 minutes to go 159 miles…
