Dog Show

 It's Bank Holiday here and the annual Ahakista Festival. The weather has closed in, the murk is down and it's drizzling slightly. This didn't dampen spirits at the dog show where there was a very good turn out of canines and their humans Seven categories: Best dressed; waggiest tail; old timer; rescue dog; best trick, scruffiest and most like its owner!  You might note a famous face in the crowd who was there with his new puppy, too small to enter in anything yet. He was fresh from hosting the Quiz Night in the Marquee yesterday. We didn't go this year but have been several times before and it is riotous. 
The extra is of Ted, winner of the Scruffiest Dog, who was next to me and never stopped talking and singing!
