Haverthwaite

Still somewhat hampered by a poorly leg I was just too late to race down the platform after breakfast,  to capture the train as it left. I snapped this shot  , just in case I took no other photos. Which I didn't.  PS Windermere temperature 19ºC, I swam a kilometre - the only pain free exercise I can do. 

I waited in  all afternoon to receive a phone call from the hospital about my leg . They've  x-rayd it, nothing broken. The knee  needs a soft tissue assessment, I received an appointment for 13 Aug. Meanwhile, don't walk far and keep taking the pain killers.
