I got the best chore today, after binding bouquets and hurrying to harvest dahlias to a waiting customer. I got to end my workday taking care of geraniums. Several of them are ’relatives’ of my large geranium at home. Just the one cutting turned into 6 large ones, and new cuttings too. So happy to ’give back’ to work.
I also had a great chat/meeting with my boss and we talked a little about my last day in the greenhouse. We said that I would come by for visits and a ’fika’ now and then. She, my boss, has become like a big sister, supporting me all the time. The other bosses are so great too, supportive and we have daily laughs. So, it’s an understatement that I’ll miss this place.
Two weeks vacation and then three weeks and a couples of days until I end my work at the greenhouse.
I’ll get word from the city archive later in August, if I’ll get a spot there or not.

I ended my day with a dinner at my cousin and his family, together with my other cousin and her husband. Great way to start my vacation. :)
