Islands
My picture shows the Isle of Cumbrae, with the hills of Arran behind it. We had a lovely walk along the prom at Largs in the sunshine. It was very busy but it is a lovely wide promenade and room for all.
We walked al the way along the prom to where the river meets the sea, and there is a lovely little pond there with an out of doors gym and some picnic tables beside it. There were some people sailing miniature yachts in the pond too.l My extra was a grab shot, information below:
Note on extra:
"Doing Without Age" is not the official name of any organization. Cycling Without Age Scotland is a Scottish charity that aims to combat social isolation and loneliness among elderly and disabled people by providing them with free trishaw rides. They use specially designed electric bikes, called trishaws, to take passengers on outings, connecting them with their communities and the outdoors.
